Return & Exchange Policy
Returning Products
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.arkaiv.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to our web shop. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and €50 for round-trip shipments. You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it.
All goods should be returned together(including all components of the issue) and only by using the prepaid return label, which you have the option of printing in our return portal (see next section). You can expect to receive a full refund within 14 days, by the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction. As we unfortunately do not offer exchanges on our web shop, you must place a new order via www.arkaiv.com if you want a different product.

Refund
Each product is uniquely numbered and features a code written on the library card included in the package. We do not operate returns in order to preserve the inherent value given to the product that may disappear during the process.
